I've been a repeated seller of preloved premium women's wear, but lately, the offer is ridiculous. Their payout used to be in double digits until my latest experience: a $7 total payout for more than 10 items from LB and even Lululemon. These were barely worn, and some even came with price tags. Please review your payout offer.

I went to this store to sell my pre-loved clothing and received a message to accept the offer for $30 cash. Later, I went back to check with the store why there wasn't a payout to my PayNow after the 60-day window and realised they had input the wrong number into their Excel spreadsheet. However, I found it strange because I did receive the message asking whether I wanted to accept or decline the offer, but the shop assistant mentioned they couldn't PayNow me since that wrong number was not tied to any PayNow service. I then provided my updated contact information, but even now, another 60 days later, there has still been no payout.
