Really terrible service at this outlet. When I ask the service staff where items are placed, they just reply me with somewhere at the corner, you can search for it yourself, I am unsure. Such service attitude really leaves a bad taste.

I purchased this item from Reman, but when I opened it, I discovered that the mascarpone had already spoiled. Since I needed it urgently, I decided to get a replacement and brought it to the Westgate Reman store on the same day, 30th November 2024, around 3–4 PM.
However, the Westgate staff member there started asking my husband numerous questions, such as why the product was in that condition and how it ended up like that. My husband explained that it was already spoiled when we opened it, which is why we brought it back to the store.
Instead of helping, the staff insisted that it was company policy to ask these questions. We repeatedly explained the situation—that it was spoiled upon opening and that we don’t know what caused it—yet the staff was unhelpful and showed little willingness to assist. This was a frustrating experience as we were simply seeking support for the issue.

I’m very unhappy with RedMan Westgate. I bought eggs from the store and went straight home to bake. When I opened the plastic bag, there was a strong rotten smell. I cracked one egg to check and it was completely spoiled — black liquid came out and it stank badly. This is disgusting and unacceptable. Selling bad eggs is a serious issue. Please check your stock properly.
