Disappointing Experience with Exchange Policy
I recently had a very frustrating experience at Playdress. I purchased an item and later realized I needed a different size. When I returned to the store with my receipt, I was shocked to find that they refused to exchange the item. Despite their clear return policy stating that exchanges were possible with proof of purchase, the staff refused to honor it.
The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and I left feeling disrespected. It’s disappointing that a store would treat loyal customers this way, especially when I followed all the proper procedures for an exchange. I won't be shopping here again unless they improve their exchange policy and staff attitude.

The staff members are exceptionally friendly and kind. They helped me find the perfect fit for the dress, not just by looking at the clothes but by encouraging me to try them on, allowing them to provide accurate feedback. Even though I initially felt embarrassed, their warm and welcoming attitude put me at ease. I would definitely shop here again!!! All the clothes quality and design are distinct from other shops like love bonito, H&M and the editor’s market 😍😍

Cashier name Xin Yee with a serious attitude problem. I dont think as a customer we deserved to be treated this way. She is super inpatience with a fed up face.
