Tea time for all 3 visits.
Mushroom soup is quite normal.
Tried the century egg soup twice, 1st time very flavourful, 2nd time less so.
The limited edition sour vege soup was quite flavourful.
Prawns 1st visit, very fresh. 2nd visit not so fresh, 3rd visit fresh.
Fried fish skin not available on first 2 visits, available on 3rd visit...quite nice.
Love the green bean soup dessert here.
Fried prawn roll is yummy, too.
Condiments have changed recently....less varieties now.
The pickled radish is so yummy and refreshing, especially in a buffet.
1st 2 visits, a lot of diners, fried food were fresh and hot.
3rd visit, not many diners, fried food were cold and not crunchy.

I like the atmosphere and the personal pot. Good place to sit and relax. Price point is definitely lower than the other hotpots. The ingredients and cooked food and sauce isn't that tasty though.

Could say service is not like haidilao but definitely one of the best hotpot restaurants out there. I went during lunch time and got the premium set which cost $30 per person. There were many options and it was definitely worth it. Really recommend if you are craving for hotpot

Place with both raw food you can cook in your pot and ready to eat food to munch on while you wait for those to cook. Was pleasantly surprised to find they had fruits and ice cream as well. Service and food was good but I'd probably only come back rarely due to its steep dinner pricing even for the cheapest set.

This is my first and last time for me. Nothing spectacular at all. Overhyped, IMO. The food was just mediocre, and the service was slow and rude. They were definitely understaffed. The individual pots were served only after 1 round of hot cooked food, and even the meats and frozen food have already been served. When making payment, the staff made an error and overcharged, yet she can make sarcastic remarks when we pointed that out. It's disappointing considering I had been a loyal customer all these years.
