I don't think I can even phrase how mad and uncomfortable I was. A middle-aged woman came out of the store to literally drag me in. She told me all sorts of things that were obvious to even a baby. I know my skin. I'm not blind. She pressured and FORCED me to buy a product despite me telling her I don't need it multiple times. I told her I already have products at home, and she replied with, "It's clearly not working!" WHAT'S THAT ATTITUDE? It's still my money, right? I can't just throw it away, right? I did not say yes, and she just took the card reader? I have NEVER felt so mad in my life before. She was telling me she's selling me cheaper? What's with this kind of selling? I had to meet a friend, but the sales staff did not care, even though my friend was calling me so many times. I HAD to tell my friend to drag me out, and I had to lie about most things to the salesperson. I'm disgusted. I have NEVER seen a salesperson like this. If my product isn't refunded, I will NOT hesitate to file a police report on the salesperson or the pressure selling tactics used on me. Not to mention, I'm a STUDENT. You tell me to spend THAT amount of money on a product? What's wrong with you! Not only that, she tried to make me buy the facial package? What makes you think I want to spend 2k for facials? Do I look that insecure to you? If you want to sell that to me saying it's amazing, I should be seeing you with glass skin then?
