We patronise Nespresso at Westgate and met this nice bubbly girl name Irene who is a trainee and she is very knowledge of the product including the machine. We bought2 roll of capsules and will come back again. Very good service from her. Well done! Much appreciated for her time n effort

Staff SLI serviced us really well in going through all the offer of the day.
She even served us with 2 cups of coffee after our purchase, and gave a small cup of milk for my toddler.

Bad customer service. The lady with tied hair nespresso staff working here on 11/1/25 at 1.08pm saw us there at the pop up booth looking at the coffee and promotion but she purposely walked away to do and attend to NOTHING. There was no other customers there as well except for us. As a long supporter and consumer of nespresso products, this is not a good experience. Nespresso please choose your staff carefully as they represent your brand image.
