We patronise Nespresso at Westgate and met a nice, bubbly girl named Irene, who is a trainee and very knowledgeable about the product, including the machine. We bought two rolls of capsules and will come back again. Very good service from her. Well done! Her time and effort are much appreciated.

Bad customer service. The Nespresso staff member with tied hair, working here on 11/1/25 at 1:08 PM, saw us at the pop-up booth looking at the coffee and promotion, but she purposely walked away to do nothing. There were no other customers there except for us. As a long supporter and consumer of Nespresso products, this is not a good experience. Nespresso, please choose your staff carefully as they represent your brand image.

Staff member SLI serviced us really well through all the offers of the day. She even served us 2 cups of coffee after our purchase, and gave a small cup of milk for my toddler. The experience was great.
