Bad customer service. The lady with tied hair nespresso staff working here on 11/1/25 at 1.08pm saw us there at the pop up booth looking at the coffee and promotion but she purposely walked away to do and attend to NOTHING. There was no other customers there as well except for us. As a long supporter and consumer of nespresso products, this is not a good experience. Nespresso please choose your staff carefully as they represent your brand image.
