I was referred by my friend 5 years ago and signed up for hair removal package. Environment was clean, staff was friendly and I don’t felt pushy to sign for package or purchase any products. I always have a pleasant experience with Musee hence, it was my go to place for hair removal, even referred my sister thereafter. Thank you to my therapist (Irene) too for always being so patience and attentive to detail. 🙏🏻

I have been with musee since 2018. And have signed about 2-3 package which cost 3-5k. The first few rounds are ok. But after nearing 15 session they start to push you to buy another package. And yes i stupidly brought another package since I might need more sessions. However the more session i go to the booking session is even further away like from 2-3month till 3-4month.
Then the person whom was helping me was a malaysian chinese. She was helpful, polite and give a great service that the reason why i signed up. But as going more session, it getting worst. I even brought their useless shaver for twice but end up 1 session it was spoiled…
Every time went for the session ealier but always have to wait 15-30mins. When i was in rush, there are many staff in the pantry eating and talking but yet unable to serve me.
Then i ok, my first package left 6 session. Then here comes the nightmare. Was rudely replied by the staff as me to wait when it was 15mins i asked when is the time i can do my service. She just ask me to seat down and wait patiently.
End up i went to next door Japan IPL to finish my session. And I cancelled the whole session, and the next waiting time was 4months away. If you guys are unable to service please just refund the amount to the customer not just whatapp after 5years that we can forfeit the outstanding… and cancel the whole package which cost 1.5k to another customer.
Purchase U-like machines is even cheaper and effective then going IPL… Just ignore all the good comments, it just a 3-5time visit customer review of course they recommend.

If you are unable to provide service, please just refund the amount to the customer, instead of just WhatsApping after 5 years to say we can forfeit the outstanding amount and then selling the whole package, which cost 1.5k, to another customer.
