I started coming to Musee over ten years ago. The treatments are effective, prompting me to return for treatments on other body parts. I have had treatments with Angie and Angel, and they are both patient and precise, ensuring the experience is both pleasant and comfortable every time. I will not hesitate to recommend Musee to anyone looking for reliable hair removal services!

I have been going for SSC hair removal sessions and a Wishpro treatment at Musee Westgate, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. The Wishpro treatment made my skin brighter. Musee is my first choice for hair removal services.

I have been with Musee since 2018 and have signed up for about 2-3 packages, each costing 3-5k. The first few rounds were okay. But after nearing 15 sessions, they started to push me to buy another package. And yes, I stupidly bought another package, thinking I might need more sessions. However, the more sessions I went to, the further away the booking sessions became, stretching from 2-3 months to 3-4 months. The person who was helping me was a Malaysian Chinese. She was helpful, polite, and gave such great service that it was the reason why I signed up. But as I continued with more sessions, things got worse. I even bought their useless shaver twice, but it ended up spoiling after just one session. Every time I went for a session earlier, I always had to wait 15-30 minutes. When I was in a rush, there were many staff in the pantry eating and talking, yet they were unable to serve me. Then, with only 6 sessions left on my first package, here came the nightmare. I was rudely told by the staff to wait when, after 15 minutes, I asked when I could start my service. She just asked me to sit down and wait patiently. Eventually, I went to the next-door Japan IPL to finish my sessions. I then cancelled the entire package, only to be told the next available waiting time was 4 months away. If you are unable to provide service, please just refund the amount to the customer, instead of just WhatsApping after 5 years to say we can forfeit the outstanding amount and then selling the whole package, which cost 1.5k, to another customer. Purchasing U-like machines is even cheaper and more effective than going for IPL. Just ignore all the good comments; they are likely from customers who only visited 3-5 times, of course they would recommend.

I was referred by my friend 5 years ago and signed up for a hair removal package. The environment was clean, the staff was friendly, and I didn't feel pushed to sign up for a package or purchase any products. I always have a pleasant experience with Musee; hence, it has been my go-to place for hair removal, and I even referred my sister thereafter.
