This is the slowest and most inefficient Mr. Coconut outlet I have ever been to. I love Mr. Coconut, but waiting 20 minutes for one cup is crazy!

I had a terrible experience at Mr Coconut Westgate on 30th July at 6:24 PM, and feel compelled to share it. I visited with my toddler and had to wait a long time in line for the self-service kiosks to place my order. When it was finally my turn, the NETS PayNow machine indicated that my transaction went through, but the kiosk did not capture it and displayed an error message. I approached a staff member for help, showing him a screenshot of my payment transfer that clearly showed the amount was paid to Mr. Coconut. Instead of assisting me or processing the order, he told me to place a new order and pay again if I wanted the drink. He claimed he couldn’t verify the payment as he didn’t have access to the company’s account. His attitude made it seem like I was trying to scam them out of a $6 drink, which was humiliating, especially in front of my child. There was no way for me to get the drink I paid for unless I paid again. This made no sense, and I felt scammed. They offered me a piece of paper to write my contact details and told me to wait 10 working days for a refund (if they managed to locate the transaction). When I asked what to do if I didn’t hear back, they told me to scan the QR code from the receipt to leave feedback. I asked for their names to include in my feedback for verification purposes, but they refused to share them and said it didn’t matter. They told me to use the feedback form via the QR code on the receipt and mentioned that they wouldn’t share any customer feedback or experiences with the company. The whole experience was very unpleasant. I felt humiliated and treated as if I were the one trying to scam them, when it felt like they were scamming me. The issue could have been easily resolved by giving me the drink I paid for. Eventually, I had to pay again; in total, I paid $12 for a coconut drink as I had promised it to my son. This company doesn’t seem to care about customer experience or to train their staff to help customers. I will never buy from them again and will update this review on whether I receive my refund and how this situation is handled. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Responding to Mr Coconut's reply on 5th Aug: Thank you for your response, but I am disappointed with your approach. I have already shared my experience in detail in my review. Instead of taking my feedback seriously and using it to improve your service, you are asking me to take additional steps and email you to explain how to improve. It is not the customer's job to teach you how to provide good customer service. My review clearly outlines the issues I encountered, and it should be your responsibility to address them. Pushing the issue around and asking me to spend more of my time to help you figure this out only adds to my frustration.

Good customer service! I appreciate the staff for allowing me to collect my drink later. I will patronise this store more often. This store can be quite packed on weekends, so it's nice to have understanding staff who allow you to order first and collect your drinks later, as it can take quite a while to prepare drinks when there's a huge crowd. I didn't catch the staff's name at the counter, but I appreciate your help! (Sunday, 20th Feb) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Always my favourite place to get my coconut shake fix, especially when the weather is hot as heck! The best part of it all: if you have a Mr Coconut account, you get a free drink of any size and any value for your birthday! What more can you ask for? Even if you're not a regular Mr Coconut customer, you get a free drink every year!

We ordered drinks and waited for at least 10 minutes. Afterward, we noticed our drinks were already made and placed on the counter, and that other customers in front of us were also waiting. There were three staff members. One person prepared the drinks, and the other two were all doing their own things.
