Poor service and attitude from shop staff. Their item hanger is too sharp and scratched my arm and injured me. When i complained to the 3 staff at the counter showing my injured arm, 2 of them pretend not to hear anything and just walked away, while the other 1 just looked away as if nothing happened. When i asked the remaining staff at the counter what they going to do, i was assuming that she could at least provide me a plaster if not a tissue but instead she brushed off with sorry and then the end. What kind of service is this to do to a customer whom was injured by your items in your shop???

saw alot of 1 review but i gave 5 stars because the moment i saw the news of MINISO x BUTTERBEAR, i ran to tiong bahru outlet but there wasnt any butterbear collection so i went to westgate outlet and bam! i saw butterbear collection HAHAHHA
i bought notebook, keychain and like a money/coin pouch? butterbear got my moolaaa💸 spend about $40++ for just 3 items HAHAHAHA OKAY THANK YOU
i came about maybe 10-15 mins before closing time and i told the stuff if they have butterbear collection and she showed me and i asked if they are closing soon and whether i can enter fast game and yeah i was the last customer while they’re doing closing.

First time at Miniso Gateway and I must say the experience is absolutely terrible. One staff was so blatantly rude. Asked for the manager and she referred to someone senior but isn't a manager at all. That staff was worse! Raised her voice at my elderly parents. The entire store does not have a management staff to attend to these disrespectful young girls. We will never come to this store ever again!

A warning to all of you don't want to get scammed by Miniso.
I don't usually write a review, but they left me no choice.
Their fault for putting their products so packed.
I was just putting it back, ended up nudging the other end, which ended up with breaking the cup, which is totally not my fault.
They say there is no manager in the store, and all the staff are acting ignorant, saying just pay because something broke.
Conclusion: Go into a Miniso at your own risk.

Was extremely disappointed by the poor service and attitude of one of the miniso staff who work as cashier at around 8.30pm today (10 Feb). I took an item to the cashier and it was shown to be $24.90 on the cashier register but the shelf cost label was $19.90. I was confused and i asked the staff but was totally horrified by the nasty attitude when the female cashier staff just went off at me that her colleague placed the wrong label and that none will honour the price of $19.90.
