Poor service and attitude from shop staff. Their item hanger was too sharp and scratched my arm, injuring me. When I complained to the three staff members at the counter, showing my injured arm, two of them pretended not to hear anything and just walked away. The other one just looked away as if nothing had happened. When I asked the remaining staff member at the counter what they were going to do, I was assuming that she could at least provide me with a plaster, if not a tissue. But instead, she brushed me off with a 'sorry,' and that was the end of it. What kind of service is this, to treat a customer who was injured by your items in your shop?

I didn't even want to give one star, but one star is the minimum, so I had no choice.
I was extremely disappointed by the poor service and attitude of one of the Miniso staff who was working as a cashier at around 8:30 PM today (February 10). I took an item to the cashier, and it was shown to be $24.90 on the register, but the shelf label was $19.90. I was confused, and I asked the staff, but I was totally horrified by the nasty attitude when the female cashier staff just snapped at me, stating that her colleague had placed the wrong label and that they would not honor the $19.90 price.

A warning to all of you who don't want to get scammed by Miniso.
I don't usually write a review, but they left me no choice.
It's their fault for packing their products so tightly.
I was just putting it back, ended up nudging the other end, causing the cup to break, which is totally not my fault.
They said there was no manager in the store, and all the staff acted ignorant, telling me to just pay because something broke.
Conclusion: Go into a Miniso at your own risk.

First time at Miniso Gateway, and I must say the experience was absolutely terrible. One staff member was so blatantly rude. I asked for the manager, and she referred me to someone senior who wasn't a manager at all. That staff member was worse! She raised her voice at my elderly parents. The entire store does not have proper management to address these disrespectful young girls. We will never come to this store again!

I saw a lot of one-star reviews, but I gave 5 stars because the moment I saw the news of MINISO x BUTTERBEAR, I ran to the Tiong Bahru outlet. But there wasn't any Butterbear collection, so I went to the Westgate outlet and bam! I saw the Butterbear collection! HAHAHHA
I bought a notebook, a keychain, and a money/coin pouch? Butterbear got my moolah!💸 I spent about $40++ for just 3 items! HAHAHAHA OKAY THANK YOU.
I came about maybe 10-15 minutes before closing time, and I asked the staff if they had the Butterbear collection. She showed me, and I then asked if they were closing soon and whether I could enter quickly. And yeah, I was the last customer while they were closing.
Thank you so much! I got my Butterbear craze, heheh! IT'S BUTTERBEAR! BUTTERBEAR! The song is playing in my head! WOOOOO!
