Staff are fast and efficient in making the orders, 2 self order kiosk with a line barrier to guide customers where to queue to order, this outlet is also much bigger than other outlets with more staff.
No mess up in orders and drinks was prepared perfectly as to koi usual standard. Had also tried the low fat milk for milk tea this time with 50% sugar level and i feels it's nicer than the usual non low fat milk tea.

The worker served me broken macarons. I know it’s broken before I bought it, because they are in a protective cooler bag and I didn’t crush my bag. For $3.80 a piece the common sense is to give a perfect piece to the customer

Ordered orh nee fresh milk but the amount of mashed up orh nee that is usually stick to the side is barely visible. Staff claim in the morning the mashed up orh nee apparently is harder to spread so its at the bottom
Shouldn’t staff have inform to wait a while for the drink instead of serving it like this ? What for drink harder orh nee when the star is the mashed up ones ??
Apparently staff also ask to try first ,
if dun have then change ?

Not the first time spotting the same guy, wearing glasses not wearing his mask where else the other staffs (the girls) were wearing their masks and were still able to do their work.
It seems to be an inconsistency in enforcing the rules. If the SOP requires masks, then it should apply to everyone. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose. Did anyone address it, or was it just ignored?
It’s frustrating when basic hygiene standards aren’t followed, especially in F&B, where cleanliness is crucial. If the rule is in place, it should be enforced consistently. This is coming from someone that has been with the industry for years.

I don't feel this is an outlet problem, but rather a KOI problem. The pearls were very strange. The golden pearl, in particular, was extremely sweet. I asked for less ice, but the entire cup was still full. When I went to pay at the counter, a staff member was saying 'WHAT' very loudly to customers. Also, when my friends and I ordered together, they never asked if we wanted to pay together or separately and just put our drinks together. The service was very bad. The drinks were also almost undrinkable, especially the chrysanthemum milk tea from their new series. You'd be better off just getting Yeo's chrysanthemum tea.

Shouldn't the staff have informed us to wait a while for the drink instead of serving it like this? Why drink harder orh nee when the mashed-up portion is the star? Apparently, the staff also asked us to try it first. If it wasn't right, then change?
