Kiehl is doing an extremely bad job in their PR and many customers have left as a result. Some of their products did not live up to my expectations. It’s a wake up call to replace Kiehl management team. I’m switching to other brands.

The staff was more interested to push her stuffs. Didn’t give proper explanation on the product usage. Called the outlets more than 10x to enquire but to no avail. No one absolutely answered the calls. Staffs shud be more customer orientated than pushing for the sales

First time buying their product after using the shampoo in an hotel overseas. Am not familiar with their products but Megan was very patience and detailed trying to explain to me. She heard my needs and recommended products that suit my needs. No hard selling but sharing. In the end I bought two other products. After trying out.

Terrible customer service at Westgate outlet from Megan. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years. Too much hardselling, not friendly or smiling, slow and not familiar with their own refund process. I never write reviews but the service I received this time was atrocious and frustrating. I will not go back to that outlet anymore and might even consider other brands since their products have been increasing prices as well.

Terrible customer service at Westgate outlet from Megan. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years. There was too much hard selling; she was not friendly or smiling, slow, and unfamiliar with their own refund process. I never write reviews, but the service I received this time was atrocious and frustrating. I will not go back to that outlet anymore and might even consider other brands since their product prices have been increasing.
