Terrible customer service at Westgate outlet from Megan. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years. There was too much hard selling; she was not friendly or smiling, slow, and unfamiliar with their own refund process. I never write reviews, but the service I received this time was atrocious and frustrating. I will not go back to that outlet anymore and might even consider other brands since their product prices have been increasing.

Here's the edited review: This is my first time buying their product after using their shampoo in a hotel overseas. I am not familiar with their products, but Megan was very patient and detailed in explaining them to me. She heard my needs and recommended products that suited my needs. There was no hard selling, just sharing. In the end, I bought two other products. I have since tried them out.

The staff was more interested in pushing their products. Didn't give proper explanation about product usage. Called the outlet more than ten times to inquire, but to no avail. Absolutely no one answered the calls. Staff should be more customer-oriented than pushing for sales.

Kiehl's is doing an extremely bad job with their PR, and many customers have left as a result. Some of their products did not live up to my expectations. It's a wake-up call to replace the Kiehl's management team. I'm switching to other brands.
