The toy collection is quite complete, the prices offered are cheap and moderate. This place not only sells toys, but also sells baby equipment, children's clothes and shoes. However, the place is not too wide so there are some places that are quite narrow to look at the toy collection. If you visit this place on the weekend, this place is very narrow and quite difficult to get in and out of to see the goods. If you want to buy toys that are cheap and moderate in price, I recommend this place.

Bad customer service experience. Rude and unprofessional staff. Date of event: 1st Dec 2023 at 8pm. Location: Kiddy palace at Westgate Jurong 2 female staff were joking and laughing loudly with each other in the middle of the staff. When I interrupted them to grab an item off the top shelf which needed a ladder, one of the staff gave me an impatient look. Fortunately the other was kind enough to help me grab the item from the top shelf. When I proceeded to make payment at the counter there were 3 staff, 1 male and the 2 female staff mentioned previously. I asked the male staff if they provided gift wrapping services. This same female staff that was impatient previously quickly jumped into the conversation to say a quick "no" in a condescending way without further explanation. Fortunately the male staff corrected and advised if I bought the wrappings, they could help to wrap the purchase. The attitude and misinformation given from this female individual is not appreciated. Highly suspect she could be the manager of the stall. Looking at other reviews of Kiddy Palace, seems like many others experience bad customer service. I hope the management of Kiddy Palace could take this seriously to review their staff, hiring policies/criteria, educate their staff/managers on proper customer handling for the good of the customers and company as a whole.

Good range of items for babies, toddlers and young kids. They have items like toys, clothes, strollers, walkers, water bottles, snacks, milk bottles, etc...

Hey Management! Did u guys installed a bunch of robots at ur cashier? Expressionless & unresponsive, pls upgrade to at least they know how to greet customers. Or are u guys also taking customers for granted?

The toy collection is quite complete, and the prices offered are cheap to moderate. This place not only sells toys, but also offers baby equipment, children's clothes, and shoes. However, the store is not very spacious, making some areas quite narrow for browsing the toy collection. If you visit on the weekend, it becomes very crowded and quite difficult to navigate and view the items. If you're looking for toys at cheap to moderate prices, I recommend this place.

Hey Management! Did you guys install a bunch of robots at your cashiers? Expressionless and unresponsive. Please upgrade them so they at least know how to greet customers. Or are you guys also taking customers for granted?

Bad customer service experience. Rude and unprofessional staff. Date of event: December 1st, 2023, at 8 PM. Location: Kiddy Palace at Westgate Jurong. Two female staff members were joking and laughing loudly with each other in the middle of the store. When I interrupted them to ask for assistance with an item on a high shelf that required a ladder, one of the staff members gave me an impatient look. Fortunately, the other staff member was kind enough to retrieve the item from the top shelf. When I proceeded to make payment at the counter, there were three staff members present: one male and the two female staff members mentioned previously. I asked the male staff member if they provided gift wrapping services. The same female staff member who had given me an impatient look earlier quickly interjected with a condescending "no," offering no further explanation. Fortunately, the male staff member corrected her, advising that if I purchased the wrapping materials, they could assist with wrapping the purchase. The attitude and misinformation from this female individual were not appreciated. I highly suspect she may be the manager of the stall. Looking at other reviews for Kiddy Palace, it appears many others have also experienced poor customer service. I hope the management of Kiddy Palace will take this seriously to review their staff, hiring policies/criteria, and educate their staff and managers on proper customer handling for the good of the customers and the company as a whole.
