The toy collection is quite complete, and the prices offered are cheap to moderate. This place not only sells toys, but also offers baby equipment, children's clothes, and shoes. However, the store is not very spacious, making some areas quite narrow for browsing the toy collection. If you visit on the weekend, it becomes very crowded and quite difficult to navigate and view the items. If you're looking for toys at cheap to moderate prices, I recommend this place.

Bad customer service experience. Rude and unprofessional staff.
Date of event: December 1st, 2023, at 8 PM.
Location: Kiddy Palace at Westgate Jurong.
Two female staff members were joking and laughing loudly with each other in the middle of the store. When I interrupted them to ask for assistance with an item on a high shelf that required a ladder, one of the staff members gave me an impatient look. Fortunately, the other staff member was kind enough to retrieve the item from the top shelf.
When I proceeded to make payment at the counter, there were three staff members present: one male and the two female staff members mentioned previously. I asked the male staff member if they provided gift wrapping services. The same female staff member who had given me an impatient look earlier quickly interjected with a condescending "no," offering no further explanation. Fortunately, the male staff member corrected her, advising that if I purchased the wrapping materials, they could assist with wrapping the purchase.
The attitude and misinformation from this female individual were not appreciated. I highly suspect she may be the manager of the stall.
Looking at other reviews for Kiddy Palace, it appears many others have also experienced poor customer service.
I hope the management of Kiddy Palace will take this seriously to review their staff, hiring policies/criteria, and educate their staff and managers on proper customer handling for the good of the customers and the company as a whole.
