Staff Ms Maggie (I guess that’s her name) was helpful and brought out the items that I was looking for while being patient and wait for me to decide which one I would go for. She did it all with a smile on her face and she was going all out to ensure I get what I’m looking for and also offering suggestions and at the same time informing me about the offers that the shop has. Went by to k lab on the 11/8/24 at around 12 noon. Was here to replace my screen protector I bought on Shopee as it was defective. I would like to commend the lady staff whom attended to me. She was very patient and meticulous to help me sort out the screen protector issue and assisted me to paste it. Thanks for the great service rendered. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Kudos to Mobilestop (K.Lab) for their excellent service! A big thank you to Customer Support Chris and Store Manager Maggie for their prompt and efficient assistance. I wanted an exact replacement for a cracked screen protector on short notice, and they had it in stock. Chris quickly arranged a reservation as per my request, and Maggie provided fast and seamless service—handling the reservation immediately upon my arrival and completing the replacement within 15-20 minutes. Great job to both of you for the outstanding support!
