I have previously book an appointment for my boss for his hair treatment and this May the staff contacted me for the hair fall treatments and yet when I booked appointment for the first time on 12 May 4.30pm, She wanted me to change my appointment to 3.30/5pm when this appointment is way booked before hands! As I can't make it at the timing she offered me to reschedule and today I suppose to have an appointment with them at 3.30pm and in advance I informed them I will be slightly late, she replied sure no problem but didn't inform me the timing on what is the latest time I could reach. And before 3.30pm she texted me again asking me if I can reach earlier when I have already informed her that I will be late, she acknowledged with it. And now she told me cannot be over 3.40pm as they have other customers at the back. U should have told me that before hands and when I am on the way you mentioned cannot? You have to understand from the start you contacted me for this treatment, I didn't send in to request for it again. But doesn't mean that you can keep changing your customers appointments timing as and when you like and when your customer is late for awhile. You said you have other customers at the back!
