I had previously booked an appointment for my boss for his hair treatment. In May, the staff contacted me about hair fall treatments. Yet, when I booked an appointment for myself for the first time on May 12th at 4:30 PM, she wanted me to change it to 3:30 PM or 5:00 PM, even though this appointment was booked well in advance!
As I couldn't make it at the timing she offered, I had to reschedule. Today, I was supposed to have an appointment with them at 3:30 PM. I informed them in advance that I would be slightly late, and she replied, "Sure, no problem," but didn't inform me what the latest time I could arrive was. Before 3:30 PM, she texted me again, asking if I could arrive earlier, even though I had already informed her that I would be late, and she had acknowledged it. Then she told me I could not be later than 3:40 PM, as they had other customers scheduled.
You should have told me that beforehand! And then you mentioned I couldn't come when I was already on my way? You need to understand that from the start, you contacted me for this treatment; I didn't send in a request for it. But that doesn't mean you can keep changing your customers' appointment times whenever you like, especially when your customer is only slightly late. You said you have other customers scheduled! What kind of service is this?
