Fast easy snack alternative find compared to huge chain Don Don Donki! ππ»
I know food/snacks is not the first time in mind when people talk about Japan Home.
But I find JH easy to navigate esp if you wanna quickly find Japanese snacks, as compared to the βchaotic and hugeβ DDDK!
They have loads of snacks here in JH Westgate (personal fave jap konjac jelly, top fave calbee cereal, even local/korean goodies too!)
They do offer ongoing food/snacks promo as well! Stay tuned, different outlet different promo!

Had the worst shopping experience ever here. Outlet were posting misleading advertisements on 12% discount for 18 dollar n above spend while claiming that food items spent were only 5%.
Approached cashier and store staff upon finding out after purchase but was treated rudely. Was told to complain to their service team if I am not happy.
Though it's a small amount at stake but didn't really like the marketing practices and the retail staff heck care attitude. Asked a lawyer friend about this and was told that the advertisement was misleading and I should report this directly to CASE since likely this is not the first time they have done this.
If I do not get any response within 3 days, this will go to CASE period.

I had a very disappointing experience at Japan Home Wastage. I paid for my items using PayNow, and the transaction was successful on my phone β the amount was already deducted from my account. However, the cashier did not wait for the receipt to come out and immediately grabbed the items, which caused an error.
I calmly told her that I had already paid, but she insisted that I did not. She was angry and refused to listen. I stayed silent and waited for several minutes, hoping the money would return to my account. After around 10 minutes, I offered to pay again, but she could not understand my English because I spoke fluently. Instead of trying to understand, she became even more aggressive, shouting and saying bad things about me.
She called her colleague, and I explained everything again, but she kept interrupting and blaming me for the error. I showed them the screenshot of my payment, but she continued insisting that I never paid. The way I was treated was very disrespectful.
As a foreigner, it was really disappointing to experience such poor customer service. The staff were impolite, unreasonable, and showed no respect. People working in malls should be trained to treat all customers β locals or foreigners β with professionalism and courtesy. The old lady with the short hair though!!

This outlet is awesome. Layout is sensible. Stocks and merchandising (display) is great. Most importantly, cashier is engaging and proactive in promoting "specials". Despite her limitations, she makes an effort to put customers first.
Location could be better. The basement is not where people goes browsing as people tend to go there for food - after shopping.

I would like to highlight a concern regarding my recent visit to your store at 12 pm. While purchasing drinks, I was carrying several bottles of water in my hands. One of your service staff walked past me, brushed against me slightly, and β¦
