****Don’t go if you don’t want to waste your time. Despite poor reviews, I decided to give this shop a try, but I regret it!
**Experience:** I went there to claim my voucher but wasted over an hour at the shop without receiving the service and had to turn back.
* The staff did not know the redemption process and kept calling their colleagues on the phone to ask about it, but still had no clue. They should know the process and be able to share it with customers.
* They told me to pay $38 for underarm hair removal, despite my voucher stating 6 sessions. The staff claimed it only covered 3 sessions (counting each arm as a session), which I found incorrect.
* Even when I agreed to pay $38 for this time, the 4-digit PIN provided by their staff did not work and kept showing an error. The staff then told me to proceed at the normal price instead. Why would I pay the normal price when I had already purchased a voucher???
Hello shop management, please address these issues!

I walked past the shop and had my brows trimmed. The staff was friendly and skillful at shaping my brows perfectly. I am satisfied with the service. I will come back again.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS APPROACH. HIDDEN FEES AND MANIPULATIVE TACTICS TO GET MORE $$ FROM YOU. (Jurong Point Outlet)
I was originally interested in their $98 (excluding GST) eyebrow embroidery service, as advertised in their shop's catalogue. Turns out this price was only for the basic embroidery service and didn't include the rest of the eyebrow embroidery types. But those higher prices weren't publicly disclosed in their catalogue, let alone communicated beforehand. When I gave the lady a $50 deposit, she even assured me (with her calculator too) that all I had to pay afterwards was another $50+ to complete the payment.
However, I only found out about the exorbitant prices as I lay horizontally in their chair at the shop, and was cornered into paying ~$2500 for my embroidered eyebrows. I felt like I was getting scammed, but there was nothing I could do as she had already applied numbing cream on my brows. There were a lot of hidden fees too. One instance was the eyebrow aftercare cream priced at >$130, when it was just a 10ml gel bottle. I Googled it and realised that it was selling for $3+ online. The lady also insisted that it was compulsory to purchase it, thus adding to the entire package cost.
The shop owner was VERY persistent in her upselling sales pitch and would not back down that easily. She finally gave in after 20 minutes of my rejecting her.
Overall, I felt really uneasy about their unethical business approach (especially the Singaporean lady), and will not recommend this outlet.

Unethical roadshow. They advertised eyebrow embroidery for $98, but ended up asking for $3,999, plus 10 free facial packages if I signed up for 10 packages. The price even went down to $499 without the facial packages. The process was painful, and two different beauticians kept coming back and forth to convince me to buy facial packages, thus offering the embroidery for free. Misleading roadshow scam!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
I am writing this to share the experience of my mum, who was scammed at their roadshow at Kovan Heartland Mall.
Similar to other reviews, she opted for the $98 eyebrow embroidery service, but when she was halfway through, she was told the full service would be $2500++.
Upon hearing this, my mum was shocked. At no point was there any consent for the more expensive option, and it was nothing short of a scam! After multiple refusals for the more expensive option, my mum was finally allowed to leave after agreeing to pay $211.46 for her HALF-DONE embroidered brows, as the lady told her the service had been done partially. Photos attached for reference. The brows were even UNEVEN.
To add to the nonsense, she was asked to pay for some after-care cream for $68. Thankfully, my mum went to search on Shopee to compare prices, and it was just $2+!
TLDR: Totally unethical place. I would advise anyone to avoid it.
