****Don’t go if you don’t want to waste your time. Despite poor reviews, I went on to give this shop a try but I regret for that!
Experience: I went there to claim my voucher but wasted my 1 hour+ at the shop without getting the service and had to turn back.
-Staff DO NOT know the redemption process and kept on calling their colleagues on phone to ask about it yet no clue. They should know and share with customers the process.
- Told me to pay for 38$ for underarm hair removal( my voucher stated 6 sessions for underarm hair removal and the staff told me that is covered for 3sessions only as 2 arms, which I find is not right).
- When I was ok to pay 38$ for this time, The 4 digits pin provided by their staff Did Not work and kept on popping error. The staff told me to do with normal price this time instead. Why would I do with normal price when I already bought voucher???
Hello shop management, Pls work it out!!!

Unethical roadshow $98 for eyebrow embroidery. End up asking for $3999 plus free 10 facial packages if sign up 10 packages. Prices can even go down to $499 without facial packages.
Process was painful & 2 different beauticians kept coming back and forth to convince me for facial packages therefore offer free embroidery.
Misleading roadshow scam!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Writing this to share the experience of my mum who was scammed at their roadshow at Kovan Heartland Mall.
Similar to other reviews, she opted for the $98 eyebrow embroidery service and when the service started and my mum was halfway through, she was told that the full service would be $2500++ for embroidery.
Upon hearing this my mum was shocked. At no point of time was there any consent for the more expensive option, and it was nothing short of a scam! After multiple refusals for the more expensive option, my mum was finally allowed let go of after willing to pay $211.46 for her HALF-DONE embroidered brows, as the lady told her the service had been done partially. Photos attached for reference. The brows were even UNEVEN.
To add to the nonsense, she was asked to pay for some after-care cream for $68. Thankfully my mum went to search on Shopee to compare prices, and it was just $2+!
TLDR: Totally unethical place, and would advise anyone to avoid

UNETHICAL BUSINESS APPROACH. HIDDEN FEES AND MANIPULATIVE TACTICS TO GET MORE $$ FROM YOU. (Jurong Point Outlet)
Was originally interested in their $98 (excluding gst) eyebrow embroidery service, as advertised in their shop’s catalogue. Turns out this price was only for the basic embroidery service, and doesn’t include the rest of the eyebrow embroidery types. But those higher prices weren’t publicly disclosed in their catalogue, let alone communicated beforehand. When I was giving the lady a $50 deposit, she had even assured me (with her calculator too) that all I had to pay afterwards was another $50+ to complete the payment.
However, I had only found out about the exorbitant prices as I laid horizontally in their chair at the shop, and getting cornered to pay ~$2500 for my embroidered eyebrows. Felt like I was getting scammed but there was nothing I can do as she had already applied numbing cream on my brows. There were a lot of hidden fees too, an instance being the eyebrow aftercare cream priced at >$130, when it was just a 10ml gel bottle. Went to google and realised that online’s selling for $3+. Lady also insisted that it was compulsory to purchase it, thus adding up to the entire package cost.
The shop owner was VERY persistent in her upselling sales pitch, and would not back down that easily. She finally gave in after 20 minutes of me rejecting her.
Overall, I felt really uneasy about their unethical business approach (especially the singaporean lady in particular), and will not recommend this outlet.
