It's our family glasses shop. Han is the guy who is always the one serving us with a smile and friendly attitude. All of the staff there are super helpful and friendly. Love their concept, especially their vast collection of glasses and clean interior design. Can't wait for them to start offering contact lenses too, and then it'd be a one-stop shop for us! Keep up the good work, guys.

The Chinese lady optician (I didn't get her name) was so nice and patient. She helped me choose frames for over an hour and advised on which suited my face shape best! The service was professional and efficient.

The staff was very helpful! I rushed to the shop around 8:30 PM, close to closing time. Even though my spectacles weren't purchased from them, they kindly agreed to change the screws on my broken pair. Great customer service!

At Glimpse, I finally found glasses that fit my face shape (narrow-set eyes, wide head), which I could not find at other shops. They had a wide selection of frames. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the eyesight measuring process only took 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

I visited this shop to shop for new glasses for my daughter. The sales lady was friendly, attentive to her needs, and took her time to explain everything without rushing us. She later assisted my son and me with the same level of care. I highly recommend this shop for its excellent service and great variety of glasses.
