Such a pleasure to work out in Westgate branch! Always greeted by friendly staff Fatyn and Ash. Fatyn is always so helpful and carries a smile. Both ladies have great interpersonal skills and greet the gym goers with warmth.

I always look forward to meeting the happy and cheerful front desk staff—they never fail to make me feel welcome and at ease. A special shout-out to Ain, who always remembers that I prefer two small towels. She’s incredibly gentle and polite, and her attentiveness really makes a difference. I also want to mention the lovely Livi, who greets me with a cheerful demeanor and a big, bright smile every time I walk in. I usually visit the gym during lunch hours, and I love that it’s never too crowded. The equipment is well maintained and, unlike many other gyms, most machines here are clean and don’t have that sweaty smell. The environment is cozy and relaxed, with no pressure or hard-selling of memberships or personal training sessions. The restrooms are also very well-kept—the floors are dry and safe, and there are no stray hairs or mess. Overall, I truly enjoy coming to this gym. It’s a great place that combines cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service!

A rather big and well equipped branch. There is a swimming pool. Attires are available too. It is conveniently located in a shopping mall so expect crowds.

He follows through and comes back to me promptly . Even when some of the queries relate to another club. He would help to check with the respective club and respond to me. He is friendly and so patient in his reply too . His service is exceptional! He is Valuable asset to FF.
