Chanced upon the Epitex Atrium sales at Westgate earlier. It was such a bad experience to be served by a very short-haired 'aunty' staff member whose bad attitude deserves an award. Dear Epitex, we suggest you guys not place such staff members at your roadshow; if they are so unwilling and unhappy to work, we would rather they absent themselves from work. They are just tarnishing your brand big time.
