Went to this store today 30/10 around 4 plus. Went in the store and this sandals caught my attention. Saw the salesperson (guy) and ask him if the sandals has my size which is 43. He replied ‘don’t have’ and the ‘TONE’ as if he dosen't want to serve me just because i was the minority in that shop? It’s simple, if you are not into customer service?? Leave the job and find other job that does not require you to serve, communicate with people! Will definitely won’t come back.

Tues 10 Oct 2023 5pm - 6pm+ I went to D&C there have no customer only one male staff, I was seeing the shoes for a short while he's impatient keep on chasing me to try the shoes, I told him to wait for awhile first he glared at me roll his eye up! After that I asked him can try pair of different colors shoes, he continue glared at me roll his eye up again! Shouted at me for what your shoe size! After I told him my shoe size he took very long to take the shoe out from his storeroom... been waiting a long time finally he took out never put at the floor for me is just push and pass everything to my hand and I have no hand to take I have holding carrying other stuffs too, he purposely did this and roll his eye up again! After I try all the shoes isn't suitable for me so I nicely pass to him and thank you! He's super angry glared continue roll his eye up. After I stepped out the outlet I heard and see he threw the shoes and shoes box alot of noisy sound, just because I never buy the shoes he trying to forced me buy...!!!
Luckily I never buy!! Is really so scary the male staff very unfriendly like gangster type of person!!! Highly not recommend to this outlet !!!! I wanted to take photo of the outlet and the male staff to stomp them but I really scared of the male staff will hit me!!! OMG!!! Save your life and money don't go there!!!
Please teach your staffs the correct customer service!!! So horrible customer service!!!!

On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, between 5 PM and 6 PM+, I went to D&C. There was only one male staff member, and no customers. I was looking at the shoes for a short while when he became impatient, kept chasing me to try the shoes. I told him to wait for a while first, and he glared at me and rolled his eyes!
After that, I asked him if I could try a pair of different colored shoes. He continued to glare at me and rolled his eyes again! He shouted, asking for my shoe size! After I told him my shoe size, he took a very long time to take the shoe out from his storeroom. I had been waiting a long time. Finally, he took it out but never put it on the floor for me; he just pushed and passed everything into my hand. I had no free hand to take it as I was holding and carrying other items too. He purposely did this and rolled his eyes again!
After I tried all the shoes, they weren't suitable for me, so I politely handed them back to him and thanked him. He was super angry, glared, and continued to roll his eyes. After I stepped out of the outlet, I heard and saw him throw the shoes and shoe boxes, making a lot of noise, just because I didn't buy the shoes he was trying to force me to buy...!!!
Luckily, I didn't buy anything!! It's really so scary; the male staff was very unfriendly, like a gangster type of person!!! I highly do not recommend this outlet!!!! I wanted to take a photo of the outlet and the male staff to report them, but I was really scared the male staff would hit me!!! OMG!!! Save your life and money; don't go there!!!

I like the shoes that have stretchable straps, especially those that wrap around the whole ankle. Comfortable and fuss free to wear. Just wish there's more colour variety
