I had a very good experience at the clinic with Dr. Charles, Consultant Kerin, and Therapist Lee Fern. I went in for Rejuran HB and Botox treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Dr. Charles was professional and thorough, explaining everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease. Consultant Kerin was helpful throughout the process, and Lee Fern was gentle and attentive during the treatment.
The whole experience—from consultation to aftercare—was smooth and reassuring. I felt well taken care of, and the results have been noticeable: my skin looks more refreshed, and the Botox was done perfectly—natural and not overdone.
Highly recommend their team if you're looking for trusted aesthetic care and a welcoming environment.

Went for pico laser. I completed my package of 10 sessions, but I don’t feel it helped my pigmentation situation. In some places it feels like it might have worsened. Perhaps I have become more uv sensitive? Not sure but some spots seem to have darkened. It could be due to various reasons. Did not help that my schedule could not meet the doc’s schedule so I wasn’t able to stick with one doctor to provide advice throughout. My original doctor moved between westgate and other branches. It is especially difficult to make schedule changes, it seems the branch does not accept calls, only texts. Packages have a strict expiry date. I got mine extended once and was informed I have to finish all the sessions by a certain date as no further extensions will be allowed.
The staff and doctors are friendly. However, the treatment did not improve my pigmentation much if at all. I only remember it being good after the first 3 times post scabbing.

Their booking can’t call in .only by Message requested for a booking date . take 1week still no response
Seriously, they don't have transparency on remaining treatments left in my account. not issued any paper or electronic receipts to indicate how many left over after each treatment. Very poor service . Only asked u sign for when u done the treatments .
However I have to records my own every purchase every treatments and balance
Staff always need to search if deduction my treatment at diff system . Sometime can’t find . Told by HQ locked the packages due to over 6month already expired . Where got such company ask customers extension they own .
I never even know when I signed with them my all packages will be expired only within 6month . Feel like being cheated

Extremely Poor Service & Misleading Package Terms – Customers Beware!
I signed up for few treatment packages with Clear SK Aesthetic Clinic under the promise that there was no expiry date on my treatments. However, without prior notice, they suddenly claimed that due to a "system upgrade," all packages now have a 6-month expiry. This is completely unreasonable!
Unrealistic Expiry Policy:
The clinic's own doctor advised that treatments should be done months apart for best results. So how is it possible—or safe—to complete six treatments in just six months? “especially Botox .”
If management is the one deciding the treatment schedule instead of the doctor, why even hire medical professionals? This policy is completely illogical and irresponsible.
Lack of Transparency & Poor Record-Keeping:
No proper receipts or electronic records were issued to track my remaining treatments. The only time they ask me to sign anything is after I’ve already completed a treatment.
I had to track everything on my own—every purchase, every treatment, and my balance—because the clinic does not provide clear records.
Even their staff struggle to find my balance because they use multiple systems. Sometimes they can’t locate my package at all!
Unfair Package Locking & Hidden Terms:
I was never informed that my package would expire in just six months. Now, my treatments are suddenly locked by HQ due to "expiry."
Since when does a company force customers to request an extension for something they were never told would expire? This feels like a deliberate attempt to cheat customers.
Overall, this is an unethical and disorganized business practice. Clear SK lacks transparency, professionalism, and customer care. I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before signing up. If Clear SK does not address this issue, I will escalate my complaint further.
Clear SK, do the right thing—honor the terms that were originally promised!
