For the past 3 years, I have had a good experience with the services at this store, receiving excellent service during the open spa and purchasing skincare products. However, in the past few months, during my open spa treatment at the store, the one-hour service I purchased has consistently ended 15 minutes early. I don’t quite understand this. I believe that since I purchased a one-hour session, I should receive a full hour of service. Ending it early without any explanation has happened several times, and I am very disappointed with the decline in service quality. I am considering whether to continue my package at this store.
