Waited in front of the counter for 5 mins while the lady with tattoo was preparing the cakes to display. She pretended not to notice me when i was right in front of her and chose to stand far away to attend to another customer who entered later.

bought a chocolate cake, told the staff that i want a happy birthday chocolate piece with name on it then the staff told me that have only two person working and therefore they cant help me write. understand that there is lack of staff but instead of rejecting my request maybe she can just ask me to wait a short while, while she serve the customer behind me first? very disaapointed with this kind of service when im paying over 30$ for a cake.

Was not made know that plastic bag cost additional $0.05, which I’d gladly pay for it. Only when I asked the staff after paying for my cake, she then mentioned I need to pay $0.05 for the bag but I had no cash on me so she just pushed the cake to me and handled the next customer. Then proceeded to ask the next customer if she needed a bag? I had to carry the cake with a tiny handle all the way back home, risking the cake toppling. Will not visit this branch anymore.

Always a big fan of the cakes in Chateraise, my family love their cakes and pastries, never fail to buy the cakes for almost any occasions. Many different varieties and flavours from chocolate to tiramisu to fruity to fresh cream cakes etc... The staff here are also friendly and always welcoming!

Seldom write google review. Went to the Westgate branch today. Here specially to praise the spectacled chubby girl with great service. Was in a dilemma which birthday cake to buy. She’s patient enough to recommend, coming back and fro to check on me (I was on the phone discussing with my family) Thumbs up for her😊The peach fresh cream cake tastes great, the peach is sweet. My whole family love it 😋 PS: that’s our own numbered candles FYI
