Being an elite member who has willing accepted and done “lower tier “ services here when the previous manager was managing this outlet . Recently , there was a change of managers and the new manager is rude and arrogant. When I showed him my elite card and I will gladly accept lower tier products for my car , he replied bluntly that since commission was made by the Taka outlet which sold the elite card , there’s nothing for him to be made in polishing my car ! I tried to reason with him telling him that I had done services there before when the previous manager was around and to check his computer which will have the record . He refused saying there’s no money in it for him ! It’s hard to believe this is part of the same chain and my elite card has been accepted at their Junction 8 outlet ! There are shops offering better services with lounge facilities . Even though I still have 2 times more on my current elite card , this will be the last I will patronise this company .
We have paid membership. So far Marina square and paragon branch are superb.
Just had a wash this afternoon at Westgate branch. Left the car there between 3 plus to 5.
Felt that the car only had an interior and exterior wipe down. Checked with the staff if he did washed the car with water or not, he chuckled, paused awhile and said he did. Many parts of the car were spotted and with dust on the surface gaps , it did not felt like a wash was performed at all.
Will not recommend to wash here at all for their dishonesty. Should re-look into their staff work attitude as it is shaming the brand’s reputation.
I recently had my car washed here since I was around for a while and decided to leave my car for a wash. I’m not sure if it was the boss or manager, but the person who assisted me was very nice and explained the membership program, though I decided not to join as I usually go to a different place for my car washes. I paid $55, and while the exterior was decent, there were still some visible water spots. The interior cleaning could have been better—there were still leaves and dirt on the driver’s side, and part of my seat came out. For the price, I was hoping it could atleast be a good carwash. There’s definitely room for improvement.
