As an elite member, I have willingly accepted and utilized “lower-tier” services here under the previous manager's management. Recently, there was a change in managers, and the new manager is rude and arrogant. When I showed him my elite card and stated I would gladly accept lower-tier products for my car, he replied bluntly that since the commission was earned by the Taka outlet which sold the elite card, there was nothing for him to gain from polishing my car! I tried to reason with him, explaining that I had received services there before under the previous manager and suggested he check his computer, which would have the record. He refused, stating there was no money in it for him! It's hard to believe this is part of the same chain, especially since my elite card has been accepted at their Junction 8 outlet! There are other shops offering better services with lounge facilities. Even though I still have two more uses on my current elite card, this will be the last time I patronise this company.

I recently had my car washed here. Since I was in the area, I decided to leave my car for a wash. I’m not sure if it was the boss or manager, but the person who assisted me was very nice and explained the membership program, though I decided not to join, as I usually go to a different place for my car washes. I paid $55, and while the exterior was decent, there were still some visible water spots. The interior cleaning could have been better—there were still leaves and dirt on the driver’s side, and part of my seat came out. For the price, I was hoping it could at least be a good car wash. There’s definitely room for improvement.

We have paid membership. So far, the Marina Square and Paragon branches are superb.
I just had a wash this afternoon at the Westgate branch. I left the car there between 3 PM and 5 PM.
I felt that the car only had an interior and exterior wipe-down. I checked with the staff if he had washed the car with water, and he chuckled, paused for a while, and said he did. Many parts of the car were spotted and had dust in the surface gaps; it did not feel like a wash was performed at all.
I will not recommend washing here at all due to their dishonesty. They should re-examine their staff's work attitude, as it is damaging the brand's reputation.
