I'm so lucky I decided to come here. After my doctor told me that my foot injuries are caused by wearing the wrong fit and wrong size, I threw my old shoes away and came here in socks and sandals.
Jenny, the staff member present, could immediately see that my feet were flat and abnormally wide. She recommended me a wide shoe (Gel Kayano 28 super wide) with arch support and amazing cushioning. I'm grateful that I no longer have to bear with the constant foot pain when doing sports that I thought was just normal for a flat footed person.
I can't even call the service here above and beyond because it's even better than that. Again, thank you Jenny in particular for your sharp observation, in depth understanding and clear explanation of what was causing my issue.

I bought a pair of shoes from Asics at Westgate mall today. And I found the most comfortable pair of shoes. Thanks goes to Chin, a Senior Sales Associate who took time to understand my needs. She offered appropriate suggestions regarding half sizes. Chin has truly displayed excellent sales service. Thank you Chin!

i wanna commend an outstanding staff. i didn’t catch his name - a very tall staff of malay ethnicity. he listened to my needs and advice accordingly the shoes i could look into. while i did not make a purchase in the end, i am impressed with his meticulous service. well done!
