Stay away from this outlet! The amount of acai given is significantly lesser than the other outlets, and the staff is dare to say that they are following SOP. The acai given is also melted that doesn’t taste like the usual acai quality… DISAPPOINTING OUTLET!

Ordered from Grab. In all fairness, it tastes pretty good and is one of the better acai bowls I’ve tried, albeit slightly expensive. Unfortunately, I shared with my sister and both of us had food poisoning a few hours later, with stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Still have about 1/4 left in the freezer but I don’t dare to finish it for fear of a second bout of food poisoning. I’ve ordered from An Acai Affair (Waterway Point outlet) several times without any problem, this is my first time ordering from the Westgate outlet and unfortunately this happened.

the girl cashier was very helpful and kind, and gave me fast service. acai was delicious although not the most aesthetic, but still yummy the same. would come back again

Loved the acai, but wasn't impressed by the staff/service. Google shows that it opens at 11, but we got there and turns out it doesn't open till 11:30. 11:28 and no one is there... Several minutes later they finally started opening but told us to come back at noon. So we wandered the mall and waited. Finally ordered and it seemed like it took forever to make our orders... Thankfully it was worth the wait. Would come back for the acai itself, but they're definitely lacking in professionalism 😣 Sad to say.
