Loved the acai, but wasn't impressed by the staff/service. Google showed that it opened at 11, but we got there and it turned out it didn't open until 11:30. At 11:28, no one was there... Several minutes later, they finally began opening but told us to come back at noon. So we wandered the mall and waited. Finally, we ordered, and it seemed like it took forever to make our orders... Thankfully, it was worth the wait. Would come back for the acai itself, but sad to say, they're definitely lacking in professionalism.

The cashier was very helpful and kind, and gave me fast service. The açaí was delicious, although not the most aesthetic, but still yummy nonetheless. I would come back again.

I ordered from Grab. In all fairness, it tasted pretty good and was one of the better acai bowls I’ve tried, albeit slightly expensive. Unfortunately, my sister and I both experienced food poisoning a few hours later, with stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I still have about 1/4 left in the freezer, but I don’t dare to finish it for fear of a second bout of food poisoning. I’ve ordered from An Acai Affair (Waterway Point outlet) several times without any problem; this was my first time ordering from the Westgate outlet, and unfortunately, this happened.

Stay away from this outlet! The amount of acai given is significantly less than at other outlets, and the staff dared to say that they are following SOP. The acai given is also melted, and it doesn't taste like the usual acai quality. DISAPPOINTING OUTLET!
