This cake was made by my youngest daughter at ABC Cooking Studio Westgate yesterday. It tasted quite good, and the texture was just right. It was also quite pleasing to the eyes. She paid S$35 for a 2-hour trial lesson. She is contemplating going for the full course of cake making.

Had a trial lesson with Instructor Cady Koh today making ondeh-ondeh cake. She is very helpful, organized, and gave very thorough explanations for each step, including what we can and cannot do for certain techniques. The studio has a nice setup for taking photos of the end product. The whole experience has been very nice and fun!
