I gave it 4 stars. I had the Combo C. If you need to satisfy your craving for Laksa, this works. However, it's not as good as the original and should have been warmer. You need to add chili for the oomph; otherwise, it lacks punch. I can understand this, as it has to cater to everyone. Overall, it's still positive. I think they should get better otah – like the ones from Muar. They should invest a bit more, as the overall meal is costly.

I went down on Sunday, around 5 PM for an early dinner. The stall was quite empty.
I ordered a medium-sized laksa (SGD 8) and topped up SGD 4 for two servings of cockles (my fav😅), and also added an onsen egg. The drink cost SGD 2.50.
After payment, I then realized they actually have four combo meals available. They seem quite worth it. Do check them out! The combo meals poster is near the drinks fridge, so it's easy to miss.
I enjoyed the laksa. Personally, it tasted pretty good. I recommend not adding too much chilli, as it might make the laksa too salty. Without adding chilli, it tastes good; with a bit, it enhances the flavor further. And let's not forget the chopped laksa leaves! 😋
I have a habit of saving the best for last. Hence, the photograph shows the amount of prawns and cockles in my bowl of laksa. There were a total of three prawns, cut in halves. The cockles were mostly quite big, plump, and juicy.

Went down to 216 East Coast Rd for Laksa lunch. I actually wanted to order the laksa with prawns and cockles. The menu picture showed the prawns with shells. I hate peeling them, so I ordered the shredded chicken. This rating is for the shredded chicken laksa.
The gravy was good but a bit spicy, even without chilli. The shredded chicken was tough and tasteless. I felt that the shredded chicken was too much in quantity because I was biting on chicken more than the noodles.

The laksa was quite nice and a little spicy. However, they didn't cut the ingredients small enough to scoop. Nonetheless, it was a good lunch.

Had family dinner at 328 Katong Laksa at Westgate Basement. You can scoop the cut beehoon and gravy with a spoon. The gravy was thick, rich, flavourful, and already spicy. A small bowl was quite filling. The egg was very tasty; it was like an onsen egg 😋😋
Tried the shredded chicken and normal laksa; both were 😋
Will definitely come back again.
