We held a birthday party for our girls on 10 May and our guests and the kids are very happy and satisfied with the venue. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, helping with the gifts and decor, carrying of food into the event space. And the kids had a blast in their indoor ppayground!

We had an amazing time at Yooland! I brought my kids, and they absolutely loved the wide variety of play areas. There’s plenty of space for them to explore, which kept them entertained for hours. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and keeping the environment fun and safe. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to bring kids for a day of active fun. We loved it and will definitely be back.

I kindly propose that Yooland consider labelling the appropriate age for each play item. Some climbs and tunnels are better suited for older children rather than toddlers. It can be quite risky when toddlers try to navigate these areas alongside bigger kids. Clear age recommendations could help parents make safe choices for their little ones.

A true wonderland for kids. The play area is fun with varied activities. It is also well kept with friendly and conscientious staff (special shoutout to Janet). While it’s geared towards children of primary school age and below, I have occasionally seen teens enjoy themselves tremendously with their younger siblings.

This incident happened on 15th Feb in Yooland at Westgate. My child was injured by a sharp cable tie used to secure the indoor playground foam sponge. It was facing outwards instead of being hidden or covered up.This incident could be avoided if there were proper safety checks done by the team. I have tried contacting them via multiple email and phone but there was no reply or follow up from them. I've raised this concern hoping that no similar incident will happen in future. Stay safe while having fun 🙏
Update: Was contacted by Yooland staff. They were apologetic and ensured that all safety checks are now in place. They reimbursed the medical bill and refunded my balance entry passes. They did their service recovery. Nevertheless, It's a really unfortunate incident and i am still very heartbroken by the injury scar 😞

Quite a big play area for kids. Massive ball pit. Ambience is top notch, lighting and colors have been chosen wisely attractive to kids. Enoght space to put ur shoes and bags. Overall very nice for kids.
Only downside i feel is bit expensive with $25 for and hour of play. $20 would have been ideal.

Super fun!! Fun for both adults and children. They have packages for 10 times of 1hr or 2hrs. Suitable for family or hosting children party. Spacious with very bright colours and interactive screens. 10/10 would come again.

It’s really a fun filled day here in Yooland. We just watched this type of indoor playground in Blippi but now our children can play that too and experience the most amazing playground. The entrance fee is $25 for 1 child and 1 companion. During this time of hot weather, i think it’s better to play here.

Disappointed with the setup at my child’s birthday party. The backdrop did not include my child’s name. The photo sent to us showed the birthday child's name. Naturally, we assumed this would be part of the package since at no point were we informed that we needed to provide the name separately. This should have been clearly communicated upfront to avoid misunderstanding.

Great place conveniently located near Jurong East Mrt! Place is big and lots of slides, areas and also bungee jump! Both toddlers had a great fun for 2 hours! Will definitely be back again. 1hr:$25/pax, 2hrs: $35/pax. Price is for 1child+1adult. Infant is free but additional adult need to pay.
