Very friendly staff and easy to get a table for weekday lunch.
They offer set lunch, and the staff are rather attentive and flexible.
The food had incredible taste and an authentic Mala hotpot base.

Visited Xiao Long Kan and loved their homemade soup bases, simply incredible. From the fiery embrace of the Mala broth to the rich depth of flavour in the Pork Bones broth, each sip is a revelation, with spices and aromas dancing on our palate. Their premium meat cuts and seafood are fresh, thick, and juicy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Their service was exceptionally good. I will return for a second visit soon.

Found this authentic mala hotpot in Singapore! We can select up to three different types of soup bases. Unlimited self-service for sides, sauces, fruits, and snacks. Friendly staff, good service, and they were accommodating to our seating request. The best thing is they space out the customers into different sections of the restaurant. This made the dining a lot more comfortable and less cramped.

Had a fantastic dining experience at this hotpot restaurant! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the customer service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with anything we needed. One of the staff members patiently explained the different soup bases and even recommended the tomato and spicy combo—a perfect balance of flavor and heat! They also gave tips on the best dipping sauce mix and how long to cook certain items. Their genuine enthusiasm and helpfulness made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both the food and the warm, professional service!
