One of our favorite place for sushi 🍣🍤. Reasonable price with quite a range type of sushi. We tried the sushi (special of the month) with special chilly sauce ok top , it's quite good. My fave would be the miso soup, it has bite chunk of salmon with seaweed 😋. It's located in the basement of Westmall. The sushi was served in the conveyor belt though you can also order from the waiter.

Love to have my sushi meal at Sushi Express Westgate branch. The service is super duper good! Although it was packed and crowded yet the manager is still treating the customers nicely and professionally. Will definitely revisit for my sushi meal! Thank you so much!

Worse sushi express ever, came on 4th Feb Tues around 7pm. The outlet was 80% full, however something must be really wrong with this outlet which either they are purely understaffed or cock up in their own work timings?.. First time my friend and I only ate 6 plates of sushi and left the place to go for other food. The quality or the sushi is okay, not one of the best compared to other outlets. However what make it a great disappointment was the close to empty conveyor belt, there was typically nothing much to eat, take or even to choose from. Noted that they may be preparing yusheng takeaway, however it shouldnt jeopardize other customers which are dining in the restaurant. Many seats are also left unclean after the diners left, I was there for only 20 and couldn't had any reason to stay on. Not only did I realise this, the other diners beside and Infront of me was also complaining of nothing much to take from the conveyor belt, you can see from the pictures whereby the entire time I was there it was just mostly empty and pathetic. The table beside me had order salmon sashimi and after 15mins they again remind the waitress and was complaining why is it so long, which the waitress just shrug them off by saying "now preparing". I think this shouldn't be the standard of sushi express, if they are really short of manpower they should just close off a certain portion of the outlet and kindly tell diners of the shortage of staff rather than having diners sitting around with nothing much on the conveyor belt.

The service is good, but the food has not improved much and the price has also increased. I hope to eat more different flavors of food next time.

Worst Sushi Express ever. I visited on Tuesday, February 4th, around 7 pm. The outlet was 80% full; however, something must be seriously wrong with this location, as they appeared to be either severely understaffed or had major issues with their work timings. For the first time, my friend and I only ate 6 plates of sushi before leaving to find food elsewhere. The quality of the sushi was okay, though not among the best compared to other outlets. However, what made it a great disappointment was the nearly empty conveyor belt; there was typically nothing much to eat, take, or even choose from. While they may have been preparing yusheng takeaway, it shouldn't jeopardize other customers who are dining in the restaurant. Many seats were also left unclean after diners left. I was there for only 20 minutes and had no reason to stay. Not only did I realize this, but other diners beside and in front of me were also complaining about the lack of items on the conveyor belt. As you can see from the pictures, the entire time I was there, it was mostly empty and pathetic. The waitress simply shrugged them off by saying, "Now preparing." I believe this shouldn't be the standard for Sushi Express.
