Although the items are cute, there was one toy where I think it was a scam as my father only touched it and stretched it as he was trying it, then it broke, and they asked us to pay . When we observe the item closely, we saw that it was easy to break, they just used glue to stick each part together. This is a scam!!!

Upon making payment (using capitaland e vouchers) paid $5.89 via the capitaland vouchers The item is $5.90 The cashier insisted that to have to wait for her superior to get back. I cannot make payment of the $0.01 in paynow. This is stupidity to the max. What kind of customer service is this. No training in how to deal in this kind of situation. Wasted 10mins. Waited for her manager to call her back to tell her that it can be done via paynow. Ignorant cashier Never patronise this shop again! See the receipt for more info. Cashier name: May

Shop assistant Kimmy is such a wonderful person; she is approachable, she speaks to you like your friend, with lots of patience, soft spoken n kind heart; when I asked her if I could try out certain pen that is ornament but wrap tight with plastic I cannot try the pen, she tried to unwrap for me to try; I then advice her not to do so n saw a pen she was using also from the shop, she said is god to write and I bought 16pcs (buy 3 get 1 free). Kimmy always serve with a smile; she also allowed 3 students to reserve the item 1 of them is interested and said will come by over the weekend to pay. She is so lovely, kind n sincere. I like her and she deserves my applause and her management acknowledgement 🌹❤️👍🏻🫰🏼🙏🏼
