Bought the WF-C710N in pink. Had some issues with the sound system, as it was extremely soft, but the staff, Hui Min, was able to help me out and got the sound system fixed. Purchase and sound testing were quick. Will definitely recommend others to drop by!

If getting a new device was a movie, Clement Ong would’ve been the lead actor, director, and maybe even the guy doing the stunts. From the get-go, his personalized approach made it feel less like a sales pitch and more like a well-choreographed dance—with me awkwardly stepping on toes and him gracefully leading the way.
He wasn’t just selling me a device; he was guiding me into the future, like some kind of tech-savvy fortune teller. “This one’s for you,” he said, probably with a wink, and honestly, he was right. Nailed it.
If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, actually listens, and makes the whole thing weirdly enjoyable, Clement’s your guy, and a special mention to Pandi too. 10/10 would buy again (but not too soon, please—I just got this one FE14mm f1.8 GM)
