If getting a new device was a movie, Clement Ong would’ve been the lead actor, director, and maybe even the guy doing the stunts. From the get-go, his personalized approach made it feel less like a sales pitch and more like a well-choreographed dance—with me awkwardly stepping on toes and him gracefully leading the way.
He wasn’t just selling me a device; he was guiding me into the future, like some kind of tech-savvy fortune teller. “This one’s for you,” he said, probably with a wink, and honestly, he was right. Nailed it.

Went down to buy a camera after seeing discount available on their online store. Texted them on WhatsApp first and HuiMin answered promptly to say I could get the discount in store too. That was great because I needed the cam urgently. When I arrived, all the staff were very friendly and willing to help and answer all my questions. They were all knowledgeable and very patient. Bought accessories on offer too so it was a good deal.

Bought the WF-C710N in pink. Had some issues with the sound system as it was extremely soft, but the staff ; Hui Min, was able to help me out and got the sound system fixed. Purchase and sound testing was quick, will definitely recommend others to drop by!

Clement was very helpful & knowledgeable when came to function of the cameras. He ran through the 2 models that I have selected and did the comparison for me. He recommended the model that cater for my needs and taught me how to use the camera. I'm glad that the purchase came with free gifts. Before I left the store, he assured me that I could look for him if I encountered problem using the camera. I am very happy with my purchase for the excellent service provided by Clement. Thank you.
