I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, the service was not only unfriendly but also showed signs of discriminatory behavior, which is completely unacceptable. The food quality was also very poor—the meat appeared to be processed or reconstructed, lacking any real flavor or texture. To make matters worse, the restaurant has an unreasonable policy: if you don’t finish all the food you order, you’re charged an extra fee of SGD 5 per 100 grams of leftovers. When settling the bill, a staff member even brought out an electronic scale to weigh our plates. Our group of four was charged for 200 grams of leftover food—an excessive and petty charge that left a very bad impression. Overall, this felt like a poorly managed business more focused on penalizing customers than providing a good dining experience

Pretty average all you can eat hotpot buffet. The soup bases were quite plain at the start and got more flavourful over time. Sliced beef had a more meaty taste compared to the rest of the meat. Minced pork was great. Good place to come if you want more vegetable selection. Price was ok and now service was faster due to qr code ordering.

Had a hearty full hotpot buffet here, it's my 3rd time eating shabu sai however my first time in this outlet. Food: pork and beef is fresh and in thin slices, easier to cook and eat, no issues for older folks or children to eat. Recommend the pork belly, though there is more fat however it's much yummier, the pork collar can be slightly abit hard to bite. Although this out vegetables, free flow items area is lesser then that of changi city point such as(no corn, one of the item I can remember) however the items here is more fresh and constantly being topped up, the eggs here also better quality, I remembered changi city point eggs were not that fresh. Environment: the space between tables here is definitely more spacious than changi city point which "your butt" will bumped into the table right beside as you walk out to take your food. Ventilation here is also better, clothes won't smell much of hotpot smell or thick smoke after eating. Service: nothing much to comment, just average, counter staff not so friendly, we ask if we could change to sit inside tables as it was quite empty when we arrive at 4pm+ and the guy staff just told us inside for 8 pax big crowds and walk off. First time here hence we didn't know that's why we ask. Clearing of dirty plates or leftovers can be quite slow, thus if you need more space better get their attention before you take more food.

The food was acceptable, but the service was disappointing. The waitress repeatedly warned me not to share the free flow drinks, even though I had no intention of doing so, and kept watching me throughout the meal, making me feel uncomfortable. A clearer policy for ordering the same free flow items would help avoid this. Additionally, one of the Indian male waitstaff appeared unprofessional by cleaning with a broom, handling plates with the same HANDS, wearing his mask improperlywhile refilling the ice cream. This could potentially spread germs to the condiments beside the ice cream machine. Because of this unhygienic Indian staff, I choose to visiting Level 2 Paradise Hotpot instead. They offer better service, a wider range of food options (including fried items), and a variety of desserts and drinks, all for just $21.99 per person on weekends.

The food was great! Fresh meats, fresh vegetables and fresh variety of mushrooms! The only setback is each type of meat is too thinly sliced and few on each tray. Hence even many trays ordered, meat consume is very little. Most only have 4 strips. Variety of sauces, vegetables and toppings for soft serve is good. The setting and decor is also very clean, hygienic and nice. The only thing greatly lacking is service, although orders were served fast, they were placed on the table in a very rough way. Only the last staff, See Wen, made a good impression. She asked very courteously if she could clear the table and did it gently. If not for her, I would have at most rated service a 2 star. Will I come back? Maybe… when the service improves 😝

Had a hearty, full hotpot buffet here. It's my third time eating at Shabu Sai, but my first time at this outlet. **Food:** The pork and beef are fresh and cut into thin slices, making them easier to cook and eat, with no issues for older folks or children. The eggs here are also of better quality; I remember the Changi City Point eggs were not as fresh. **Environment:** The space between tables here is definitely more spacious than at Changi City Point, where you might bump into the table right beside you as you walk out to get your food.
