Bought a bed with a pull-out bed for my children. The pull-out bed broke around 8 months after delivery. The website mentions that it uses quality teak wood, which is the reason we bought the bed. Extremely disappointed that a bed cannot even last one year, despite being used by a 9-year-old child. When we contacted them, their response was simply that "the warranty is no longer valid," and they referred me to their warranty terms, with zero attempt to find out what the problem was or offer any solution. Terrible experience, and the customer service really leaves much to be desired.

Florence Low is very helpful, resourceful, and kind throughout the process of addressing the questions and inquiries raised by me and my sister. We gained an insight and a better understanding of the product – Skriva writing tablet. Thank you, Florence!

Here's the edited review: I like that the salespeople here don't follow you as we browse around the store. In the end, we bought a very good quality sofa set and received good customer service from Mr. Andy. We also received a useful store gift promotion. Delivery was on time, too. It was a worry-free transaction.

We’ve purchased several items from Scanteak over the years, including a TV console, sideboard, and four HYLLA bookcases. While their products are on the pricier side, we’ve always felt that the quality justified the cost—until now. Unfortunately, one of the boards on the HYLLA bookcases developed a significant crack, likely due to poor gluing. The crack is quite noticeable, with visible gaps where the board wasn’t properly adhered. Given that the issue is isolated to just one of the bookcases, I believe it to be a manufacturing defect. I reached out to Scanteak’s customer service for assistance, hoping they would repair or replace the defective part. To my disappointment, they informed me there would be a $200 charge for the repair. For a brand that promotes high-quality craftsmanship, I find this experience highly unsatisfactory. This kind of service is unacceptable, and we won’t be returning as customers.
