Was at westgate outlet to shop somethings. I approach a lady who happen to be there. When i asked her, is she able to help me find something.. IMMEDIATELY she said im not popular staff...In a rude manner tone. When i told her off & said is that how u treat customer? she responds back to me i did say politely and give me the heck care face. I told her that is rude. Then i asked the popular staff, he is kind enough to assist me. (His name is Jia wei by the way) And i get to find out the lady is a vendor (i think its from PARKER) So what if she is the vendor only.. that does not the way to treat people. No doubt i love to shop at popular, but atleast have a basic courtesy..thats all. Even if you dont work for that company, you still need to treat people with manners.

Really cluttered aisles with many boxes to trip over. Aisles are space so tight you can’t go down them if somebody else is in that aisles so claustrophobic. Staff were helpful. Not too many books. Strange to sell food there too.

Every book, stationary, art supply, school supply, games... Is...is that a cookbook? It is an assessment book haven and has basically every pen in the country and an infinite supply of school materials

Popular place for books and stationery. Small and compact place, likely find whatever you need for school including textbooks.

I was at Westgate outlet to shop for some things. I approached a lady who happened to be there. When I asked her if she was able to help me find something, she immediately said, "I'm not Popular staff," in a rude tone. When I told her off and asked, "Is that how you treat customers?" she responded, "I did say it politely," and gave me a "heck care" look. I told her that was rude. Then I asked a Popular staff member, who was kind enough to assist me. (His name is Jia Wei, by the way.) And I found out the lady was a vendor (I think she was from PARKER). So what if she was just a vendor? That's not the way to treat people. No doubt, I love to shop at Popular, but at least there should be basic courtesy. That's all. Even if you don't work for that company, you still need to treat people with manners.
