Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe brings authentic Korean bingsoo culture to Singapore's Westgate mall, specializing in the wildly popular Korean shaved ice dessert. As one of the pioneers of Korean bingsoo in Singapore, Nunsaram offers 15 varieties of milky-sweet shaved ice creations crowned with house-made toppings and local flavor specialties. The name "Nunsaram" translates to "snowman" in Korean, perfectly capturing the essence of their signature snowflake-style desserts that have made them a beloved destination for Korean dessert enthusiasts.
The cafe's extensive bingsoo menu features both traditional Korean flavors like Injeolmi and locally adapted options such as their popular Milo Bingsoo. Signature offerings include Green Tea Bingsoo, Strawberry Bingsoo, and Mango Bingsoo, with prices ranging from $11.90 to $17.90 depending on size. Each dessert is crafted with different milk bases including regular milk, soy milk, and yogurt, allowing customers to customize their experience. The generous portions are perfect for sharing, and diners can request additional condensed milk to enhance their bingsoo experience.
Beyond their famous bingsoo, Nunsaram also serves Korean comfort food including various Tteokbokki preparations and Gimbap rolls, making it a comprehensive Korean dining experience. Located at #04-37 Westgate, the cafe operates daily from 11am to 10:30pm, providing a cozy atmosphere where friends can gather to enjoy authentic Korean flavors. With their commitment to traditional brewing methods and authentic ingredients, Nunsaram continues to set the standard for Korean dessert culture in Singapore.
Simple menu featuring a variety of gimbap flavours, ramyeon, tteokbokki, Korean street food, and bingsu. Food was served quickly and tasted good. There’s no QR code for ordering. Still using a traditional menu, and you order and pay at the cashier. One downside: the staff wasn't flexible with swapping the gimbap flavour in the set menu, even when I offered to top up the price difference.

Oreo bingsu was good at first, but as you dig further it gets really flat at the bottom.
Overall it's rather expensive I feel for what it's worth. Mango smoothie is much better.

Wanted to have a bite and saw this dessert shop so went in to try.
There was no service as we have to sit ourselves, there's no qr code to scan for online menu, nobody pass us any menu and we have to figure out what to do ourselves. When food is ready we have to self collect too and we even returned the dishes our own. Not much of an issue but for such hawker centre coffeeshop style, the prices does not justify. Cant remember if there was service charge but definitely no service.
Food wise was alright, love that they have food items like ramyeon and gimbap instead of solely dessert. Ramyeon was good, gimbap has decent quantity ingredients, taste could be better.
The bingsu was alright too. Nothing special in the taste. But the good point is they have regular and large size options. This is helpful for people who cant take too much cold stuffs.
Wouldn't mind eating again if we do pass by and wants a dessert but definitely wont specially go back for it.

had this place saved on my maps for a while and im finally in the area!!
(bf’s opinion cos he ate it) original kimbap: 10/10
ramen tteokbokki: 7/10, the portion is good, and i like the spice level! not so many rice cakes, but im ok with that cos i think too much would end up in me not being able to finish lol, i love the fishcake tho!! the noodles also soaked up the sauce nicely so it was nice
hanrabong jeju island orange yoghurt smoothie: 10/10, strong yoghurt flavor, but the citrusy-orange flavor is still there, super refreshing and not too sweet
milo bingsu (large): 10/10, the powder was generously distributed, and they even put layers of it througout the bingsu so it doesnt lose the milo flavor! really great, comes with evap milk as well, the large size is perfect for 2

Tried only Bingsu and Hotteok here so far. Liked both. We went quite late near closing time, still found many customers enjoying Bingsu here.
