I went to the westgate store to get my shoe repaired.
And Shafiq repaired it with quick and amazing skill. I was honestly amazed he fixed up my shoe so well in such quick time.

We were served by a Malay gentleman when we were there (Saturday 14 June 2025 at 6pm).
When we enquired the price for repair for my husband’s leather shoes, the price quoted by this Malay gentleman was $70. We commented the price for high. He counter offered to charge us $50 as an “under table” price instead. We immediately walked away.
Never thought we would meet such an unethical staff member (?). We urge the franchise owner to look into this.
We would have given 0 stars if we could.

Great workmanship by Syafiq to change and stitch a new sole to this pair of shoes. He gave professional advice that the old sole should not be used anymore as the rubber is already breaking down. The shoe look like new

Not honest. Poor time mgmt, messy, poor workmanship. Soles are very thin too! Bring your branded shoes there at a risk!
Brought 3 pairs of shoes to replace the soles. (2 Dior 1 Chanel) Went down on sun and they said wed will be ready. My hub went down to collect on wed and to our horror, the shoes was undone and was stacking messily on top of each other. (1 pair was new!) The staff asked him to come back on Thurs evening but he went back only today noon (fri). It was still undone!
We had to go back this evening and at first they can't find the shoes when I saw it was at the side. They quickly pack the shoes into the bag and luckily I asked to check. I was horrified. My brand new Chanel Mules had glue all over at the edges. They tried to remove the glue but it got worst. The fur almost came off. Pls refer to pics.
The mgr said it was their mistake and he said he is very angry when he saw it as well. He said he have to walk out of the shop 2 hours and came back after that. But if this is the case, why didn't he tell me about this when i collect the shoes? He just quickly packed it away. Not honest at all!
Anyway, The other 2 pairs of dior was ok. Average but the soles are very thin. I was refunded for the money after i kick up a fuss as well. It was very upsetting to see my brand new shoes in this condition. Dont understand why it take 5 days to replace soles when elsewhere only took 1 hour.

I brought 3 pairs of shoes to replace the soles (2 Dior, 1 Chanel). I went down on Sunday, and they said they would be ready by Wednesday. My husband went to collect them on Wednesday, and to our horror, the shoes were undone and stacked messily on top of each other. (One pair was new!) The staff asked him to come back on Thursday evening, but he only went back today at noon (Friday). It was still undone!
