Excellent service and good haircut from Florence who has many years of experience. What an excellent experience all around! Florence gave me a wonderful haircut, and you can tell she has years of valuable experience. The entire service was professional and friendly, making for a truly enjoyable visit

Cassandra from the West Gate outlet was AMAZINGGG! She works with urgency but not in a hurry to finish my cut! Customer-Oriented through and through! It’s a pity I don’t live near this outlet though. I particularly liked my experience at this K-Cut outlet at West Gate today and I’ve been having my cuts with them for a couple of years at least already!

Getting my hair done by Cassandra Choo is an absolute delight! she is a true pro who listens intently to my ideas, offering spot - on suggestions. Her cutting skills are top - notch, creating the most flattering layers and styles that suit me perfectly. Every time I leave, I feel confident and refreshed. Can’t recommend her enough—she is one of the best.

My son has been going to this Kcuts outlet for many years now. He likes to find his favourite hair dresser (Florence). Service is quick and he looks forward to his next hair cut with Florence whenever his hair is getting thicker.

You can request Cassandra Choo and Florence Loo. They provide good, neat haircuts. Their work is quite meticulous. They are also friendly with kids!
