I want to rate zero stars. The Chinese staff was simply bochap. She attended to one customer for so long, and never bothered to serve me. Very bad attitude! I will not patron this shop anymore.

I received a discount on the Watch Fit 3. Its pricing is competitive for a basic watch that satisfies my daily needs. The one-year warranty extension is also priced reasonably at around $30. I came all the way to Westgate and was shocked to be told the 'HUAWEI SERVICE CENTRE' here had no one available to provide any service, not even a customer assistant, even though the website states it's open until 9 pm. I was informed by a sales staff member that it has been like this for several months due to a shortage of technicians, but the website hasn't been updated, even after countless negative feedback from many customers who went and encountered disappointments, resulting in unfruitful trips, wasted precious travel time, petrol, and efforts put in to get their HP fixed. I am puzzled why they still haven't updated the website with correct information. The beautiful big shop front with huge signage is for show only. No actual service is available at this outlet, so why does Management still refuse to reflect the actual truth? Why is Management reluctant to update if nothing relating to technical support and technician service is available here? Don't waste your time, especially other people's. After many months of no technician support and service, why not simply update the truth on the website to save everyone's time? I wanted to give zero stars, but I can't.
