Nice shop selling home items, kitchen items, and toiletries. Items include bed sheets, reed diffusers, candles, dining utensils, and many others. Pleasant modern design and great service from the staff. The ongoing sale is a bonus.

Placed an order on Shoppee, only to have it cancelled because the items were "wrongly priced." This is a very unorthodox sales tactic: to only honor profitable sales transactions, but then easily choose to null and void a sales agreement when it is not to their liking or profitable.

Visited the AKEMI warehouse sale held in the atrium of Westgate. There were a lot of staff, but they were all standing around passively, looking at their phones, chitchatting, and offering no help to customers who were clearly looking at items (e.g., bedsheets, towels).
P.S. I only knew after my purchase that the Hooga sale one level above was a little different. Hence, I asked staff Peiyu if I could leave my purchase here just for a bit. She declined and said they do not provide such a service as items could be stolen. This sounded extremely ridiculous, considering how empty the atrium was and the obvious over-manpower.

I was so crazy over Hooga Reed recently and visited a few outlets. This branch surprisingly has most of the scents available, even the hot items. The cashier was fine even when we were indecisive about whether to get the recycle bag or not. There wasn't much of a crowd, even on a Saturday evening, allowing us to take our own sweet time to shop.
