Had the grape boom and it was so bland it’s a total waste of money. Could not taste the jasmine tea at all. There were very little grape bits and they were really small, not like what I had remembered. Will not buy it again

Despite the crowd, service was quick and well-organized. Tried the Cheezo Grape and Roasted Brown Sugar Bobo Milk – both were fantastic. The Cheezo topping was creamy and slightly salty, which paired beautifully with the sweet, refreshing grape tea. The Bobo Milk had warm, chewy pearls and a deep, roasted flavor – rich without being overly sweet. What sets HEYTEA apart is the quality of their ingredients – you can really taste the difference in the tea and how well everything is balanced. It feels a little more premium than your average bubble tea shop, and the price reflects that, but it’s totally worth it for an occasional treat. Definitely a must-visit if you’re at Westgate and looking to indulge in something refreshing and a little indulgent!

I accidentally spilled my drink today at Westgate… but Alicia offered to make a new drink for me and even help to clean up my mess.. The customer service here is 10/10! I tried the Grape boom and the taste is undeniable! the grape pulp was so juicy and the drink was so refreshing. The wait time was a little long though but it’s all worth it!
