I accidentally spilled my drink today at Westgate, but Alicia offered to make a new drink for me and even helped clean up my mess. The customer service here is 10/10!
I tried the Grape boom, and the taste is undeniable! The grape pulp was so juicy, and the drink was so refreshing. The wait time was a little long, but it's all worth it!

Dropped by HEYTEA at Westgate and had a great experience. The outlet is stylish and modern, with a clean layout and efficient ordering system (self-service kiosks make it super easy). Despite the crowd, service was quick and well-organized.
Tried the Cheezo Grape and Roasted Brown Sugar Bobo Milk – both were fantastic. The Cheezo topping was creamy and slightly salty, which paired beautifully with the sweet, refreshing grape tea. The Bobo Milk had warm, chewy pearls and a deep, roasted flavor – rich without being overly sweet.
What sets HEYTEA apart is the quality of their ingredients – you can really taste the difference in the tea and the balance of flavors. It feels a little more premium than your average bubble tea shop, and the price reflects that, but it’s totally worth it for an occasional treat.
Definitely a must-visit if you’re at Westgate and looking for a refreshing and indulgent treat!
