Yesterday, I visited the Dyson store at Westgate, and the sales associate, Xin Kit, was incredibly helpful. She patiently guided me on how to use the product correctly and even styled my hair as an example. The customer service was excellent—she explained everything clearly, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. I truly appreciate the great experience at Dyson Westgate. Visited the store on Sunday and was served by Xin Kit. She patiently and clearly explain each vacuum. Even listened to our concerns of the floor being dusty and provided different “dirt” samples for us to try and vacuum. Also explained other products that we showed interest in such as the air purifier and straightener. Amazing service and loved the experience provided.
