I recently visited Decathlon and was assisted by Nsthman when purchasing a knee support guard. Despite the store being quite crowded and Nsthman handling everything on his own, he remained very helpful, patient, and attentive with every customer, including myself. It was impressive to see how he managed the situation calmly, answering everyone’s questions one after another without rushing or showing any frustration. As customers, we should also understand and be patient during busy times like this. Great service and much appreciated!
